To respect both monuments as “Bookends” to freedom, the following elements of the Statue of Liberty will be incorporated into the Statue of Responsibility.

1. Erected on an island.
2. Total height 300 feet above ground level.
3. Gifted to the people of America by Americans.
4. Internal access to observation deck on top of monument.
5. Located in the harbor of a major city.
6. Design to be human in representation.
7. A documentary film to be produced depicting the construction of the monument.
8. The property will eventually be offered as a national park.
