Where we’ve been – and where we’re going…

–1970– | The idea is proposed by Dr. Viktor E. Frankl in his book Man’s Search for Meaning |

–1990’s– | Committee of four is set up (Frankl, Newman, Covey, Hall) |
|
–1997– | Artist Gary Lee Price is commissioned to design the “Statue of Responsibility” monument |
|
–2000– | A 13 foot clay prototype is completed |
|
–2002– | Organizational structure is put into place |
|
–2004– | Fund raising begins |
|
–2005– | West Coast location confirmed, land acquired |
|
–2005– | National and International public relations campaign begins |
|
–2010– | The “Statue of Responsibility” monument is dedicated |
