DirectPointe, Inc. joins the Statue of Responsibility Foundation as latest project partner company

DirectPointe, Inc., a provider of remote IT services has recently joined the Statue of Responsibility Foundation as a new project partner company.

DirectPointe is an industry leader in providing a full suite of managed IT services that can handle up to 100% of its clients computing needs. The company provides services to clients in all 50 U.S. states and 24 countries. DirectPointe joins a growing list of nineteen (19) companies who have contributed over $750,000 in product and services towards the Foundation’s mission of building the Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast of America.

Commenting about DirectPointe’s recent decision, Daniel Bolz, President & CEO of the Foundation, said, “DirectPointe is a value driven company. Their IT services are excellent. They come to the Foundation at a critical time in our growth. An organization like ours needs the best in computing support, we are confident that they will play a critical role in keeping us on track.”

Michael Proper, President & CEO of DirectPointe, was recently quoted about his decision to join the cause of the Foundation. “DirectPointe is honored to provide computing services to the Statue of Responsibility Foundation. This is a unique opportunity for us to give something back to the country that has given all of us so much. Freedom is the engine that fuels initiative and innovation. Advancing the cause of lasting freedom rings true with all of us at DirectPointe. We are excited to help promote the vision of the Foundation and the building of the Statue of Responsibility.”

More about the Foundation

The Statue of Responsibility Foundation is committed to seeing the idea of Dr. Viktor E. Frankl become a reality. In the 1960’s, Frankl said, “Freedom is not the last word. Freedom is only part of the story and half of the truth. The positive aspect of freedom is responsibleness. That is why I recommend that the Statue of Liberty on the East Coast be supplemented by a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast.” The Statue of Responsibility Foundation, a 501-c-3, non-profit corporation, has a two-fold mission: First, to raise the funding necessary to construct the monument. Second, and more long-term in nature, is to establish an educational scholarship fund. Scholarships will be given to applicants who have financial need and who can demonstrate how they have applied the principle of responsibility in their life – and how they plan to carry out responsibility following their university graduation.
