Click on one and find out what was happening on that date… This monument project has a long and storied history. The sculptor, Gary Lee Price, was commissioned in 1997 to begin design work on the monument. Starting in October 2004, the Foundation decided to send project updates to our growing database of volunteers and other ‘friends of freedom’ around the world. These project updates have grown into our current ‘online newsletter’.

In November 2004, a Foundation delegation went to Vienna to interview Mrs. Frankl and members of the Frankl Institute.
