William L. Fillmore, principal legal counsel to the Statue of Responsibility Foundation, is the senior partner of the Utah law firm, Fillmore Spencer LLC. Mr. Fillmore engages in a general corporate and business practice, and handles a variety of merger and acquisition matters, debt and equity financing, technology licensing, commercial real estate, and government relations matters. He and other attorneys at Fillmore Spencer have represented a number of national and international corporations and business ventures, and several of the partners have enjoyed prior experience with major law firms in New York, Washington, D.C., Connecticut, Colorado and Arizona before transitioning to Utah. Mr. Fillmore is a 1972 graduate of Brigham Young University ( magna cum laude in English Literature), where he was a Hinckley Scholar and also served as Student body President. He began teaching seminars and writing articles for trade magazines. Many of his former students credit their various successes to Kenneth’s mentoring.
Now residing in the U.S. and working internationally, Kenneth’s primary focus remains photography. He believes that he cannot continue as an innovative leader in the field if he does not actively participate in his business. Through this registry, WNSI will generate an online fundraising campaign for the Statue of Responsibility Foundation by collecting donations with a database integrated e-commerce engine.
